The NV Brut Hommage à Cuisles is a savory, driven expression of 100% Meunier with abundant floral notes, savory herbs and strong mineral overtones that extend the finish brilliantly. Medium in body but also deep, the low dosage (1 gram per liter) is stark but impeccably judged. This powerful, vinous champagne has a ton to offer. Disgorged: December 19, 2022.

Our Tasting Note: Savory and spice notes from the stem inclusion in pleasurable way, apple, pear, spice, very fresh and plenty of mineral and chalky notes, a tang of sea spray.  A nice and long finish is fresh and resonantes the palate's notes. The Vinous note nails it, this is a very vinous wine with the complexity and character of a table wine with bubbles.

FEATURES
This perpetual blend is a 100% Meunier bottled and aged for 24 months sur latte (on the lees in the bottle), with grapes coming exclusively from the village of Cuisles. The base year for this wine is 2020. This is a Special Club cuvée as indicated by the special club bottle.  This wine has been judged by an independent panel as being of the best quality and representative of its terroir.  The 100 ANS is a tribute to the winery's 100 years of growing and making champagne in the village of Cuisles.
