The 2022 T'Voetpad is a blend of Semillon Blanc and Gris, Palomino, Chenin Blanc and Muscat, whole bunch pressed into old foudres. This is quite potent on the nose: orange rind, lanolin and pressed white flowers that are beautifully defined. The palate is taut and fresh with orange rind and marmalade tinctures, tensile and saline, with a persistent and powerful finish. This is Sadie's smallest cuvée, and it's magnificent.
