Cascina Fornace, established in 2009 by brothers Emanuele and Enrico Cauda, is nestled in the heart of Roero, Santo Stefano Roero. Known for its steep hillsides with sandy and limestone soils, their vineyards offer the perfect terroir for their Nebbiolo and Arneis vines, aged 50-60 years. This Roero Arneis is crafted with 5 days of skin contact, enhancing its color, flavors, and texture.
Composition: Arneis 100%. Vine age: 50-60 years, Soil type: Sandy and limestone.
Winemaking: Fermentation with native yeast in concrete without temperature control. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
