This is a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley's sister region to Sancerre (the world's most popular SB region), very crisp, citrusy, flinty, green apple and floral notes with the telltale gooseberries and grass that Sauvignon Blanc is world famous for.  This has racing acidity.  To top it off, the bottle has a beautiful label!
