  • Grape variety: (+ or -) 94% Syrah and (+ or –) 6% Viognier
  • vines planted on steep slopes (with a grade of up to 45%) facing south by south-east, from three parcels in Côte Brune (Fourvier, Le Plomb, and Arselié)
  • 70 to 80% of grapes are de-stemmed
  • Fermentation lasts 18 to 22 days, pump-overs occur twice daily
  • Aged for 18 months in oak demi-muids (600-L) and barrels (220-L), of which 30% are new
  • Tasting Note: Aged for 18 months in oak demi-muids and barrels, of which 30% are new, this wine offers a beautiful concentration of flavors and an elegant structure. The tannins are silky and well-integrated, providing a velvety texture. The aromas of black fruits blend harmoniously with the spicy notes and touches of black pepper characteristic of Côte-Rôtie wines. The finish is long and persistent.
