Clay and Kimmeridgean Limestone. Very stony topsoil. Single block located in the middle of an east oriented hillside, contiguous with the 1er Cru Forêt. One of our go-to Chablis options in the shop we can't recommend more! The vineyards are spread across two villages - Préhy and Courgis. One is predominantly limestone and the other is predominantly clay. Vines on average between 20 - 60 year old. 14-20 months aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Creamy pear with a touch of sweet spice. Even a suggestion of clementine. Bone dry chalky mouth-watering. Perfect balance and good length. (JH) (Drink between 2025-2029)
My Tasting Note (11/24): Medium lemon yellow. The nose rises easily from the glass with ripe citrus and green apple, crushed white flowers, and a fine chalky minerality. The palate is medium bodied, with med+ acidity, pronounced citrus and chalk, the green apple take a back seat here with the white florals. Very pretty, very appetizing, with an energetic med+ finish.
