Our Tasting Note: Medium pink and slightly copper color. Persistent, tiny bubbles and a fine, soft mousse. The med+ nose rises with fresh red and pink fruit notes of raspberry, white cherry, tangerine and mandarin citrus notes, while some spice and creamy notes linger nicely. The palate is medium bodied, with med/med+ lively acidity, and impressive med+ flavor intensity. The delectable palate is mouthwatering, leading to a refreshing creamy and red fruited citrus finish. This is as fun as it is delicious to drink!

Grapes: 80% Pinot Noir 20% Chardonnay and Gamay
Base wine: 8-9 months (base wine) in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Each grape variety is vinified separately so has to obtain the best expression of its origin.
Aging: 12 months at least, 3 additional months after disgorgement before it is ready
Dosage: 8g/L
Crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Côte Chalonnaise and in the Auxerrois for the Chardonnay grapes. Each grape variety is vinified separately so preserve the finest qualities that each has to express.
