92 Vinous (2022 vintage)
Dusty florals, young peach, incense and mint form a captivating bouquet as the 2022 Trebbiano d'Abruzzo opens in the glass. This balances vividly ripe orchard fruits with minerals and spice as a core of zesty acidity maintains a fantastic balance. The 2022 is superbly balanced and finishes remarkably fresh yet long and sapid. Frankly, it's incredible that this is Tiberio's "entry-level" Trebbiano d'Abruzzo.

My Tasting Notes (2020): I loved this, a complete white wine that gives pleasure in fruit, freshness, mineral, body, and length. Mouthwatering with a med body, med+ aromas, flavors, and length, fruit ranges from a tad savory to ripe, fresh white orchard fruits like apple and pear, verging into some stone and tropical fruits, but retaining a core of mouthwatering acidity. All will enjoy it, including the geeks. I think my notes are with a better developed wine with 1.5 years more bottle age than the Vinous note below on the same wine tasted March 2021 and for me a 92 score as its abundantly more complex than the vinous note describes.
