Yellow robe; the bouquet has a mixed white fruits, compote of stewed fruits aroma, is a bel ensemble, is nicely accurate. The palate has an apricot-peach flavour, a pleasing texture and style in the richness, the length understated. It’s very joli, gives really cosy drinking, could go with asparagus, is spherical, has high charm, neat grip. 12.5°. 2028-29 May 2023
  • 100% Marsanne from barley a hectare (.85), these are a mix older and younger vines planted in 1990, 1995, and 2010 in clay and granite soils.
  • Same as Gonon's source Les Oliviers, but here 60% with Les Opateyres (30%) Montagnon (10%)
  • Whole clusters are pressed gently
  • Fermented in steel at a cool 16°C with wild yeasts, then transferred to barrels to finish fermentation
  • 1-10 year 228-litre oak casks at 20°C, raised 12 months, malo completed
