A youthful ruby red core, lighter ruby edges. A med+ intense set of aromas, strawberry, rhubarb, red cherry, earthy tones of forest floor, light notes of smoke and spices from the stems. Medium body and med/med+ acidity, fine and elegant tannins create a lightweight and silky frame. The nose is very pretty, elegantly intense, the flavors fan out on the palate with freshness and youthful fruit intensity. A beautiful finish sails off at med+.  A tasty and impressive start!
