Barrel fermented and then ages for 18 months in 60% new French Oak that leaves a gentle footprint in the wine's composition.

Our Tasting Note: Med+ ruby core, still transparent. Med+ nose like a bouquet of flowers, sweeter elderberry, acai, some blueberry, cherry and a touch of cola.  A complex and thought provoking nose. Med+ body, medium tannin, intense, dense but a very elegant mouth presence and finish. Finishes long, fresh, and complex!  Probably the most interesting and compelling new world Pinot Noir to date this year for me.

Winery: Golden in color with a green hue, the 2019 Chardonnay X Omni Vineyard wafts up with a rich bouquet, blending raw almonds with white flowers and young peach. This washes across the palate with silken textures, quickly firmed up by a core of zesty acidity as sour citrus complements tart orchard fruits. It finishes long and staining with a lemony concentration that puckers the cheeks as hints of vanilla custard slowly fade.
