The white 2021 Señorío de P. Peciña Cosecha Blanco is a fresh expression of the Viura from San Vicente de la Sonsierra with a moderate 12% alcohol, a low pH and high acidity, reflecting a cooler year, with lemony aromas, hints of fennel and hay. The palate is fresh and the flavors clean and persistent, with a pleasant twist in the finish. 15,000 bottles produced. It was bottled unoaked in December 2022.

Made with Viura grape, a hand selection of grapes on a sorting table and destemmed but not crushed before being put in stainless steel tanks to macerate for 24 hours to gain structure and complexity. Then the wine and skins are pressed and the juice undergoes spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast very slowly at 18ºC .The wine ages in tank on the lees with rackings from tank to tank every 3 months for at least a half a year. The wine then ages in bottle, depending on the vintage, that aging could be 1 year or more.
