 Winery: Cement tanks ferment the wines and large botti (oak casks larger than SUVs) age the wines into the majestic, deeply complex, and elegant, but dense and persistent character.  I hate to name-drop this again but if you love Monterevtine, soulful reds like ethereally deep red Burgundy or Loire reds you will love these wines!

Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Aging: 18 Hl. Barrels, for a little less than a year
Fermentation: spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts.
ABV: 13.50%
