Production: Limited production, 7.216 bottles of 750 ml and 100 bottles of 1500 ml.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow colour, with golden tones, clean and bright. In intense, floral, fresh and fruity nose (stone fruits) and some citrus. In the mouth elegant, tasty, it wraps the mouth with a long and persistent finish.
A very nice wine to share.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Grape variety: 100% Albillo Mayor

Vineyards: bush vines more than 60 years old, grown by the traditional system without the use of herbicides or synthetic treatments, located in properties with different terroirs that are characterized by being located between 820 and 900 meters above sea level and by the variability of their soils, where we can find from sand, gravel or clay soils.

Elaboration: After the manual harvest in boxes of 15 kilos, we pass through the selection table; first, we select the bunch and then the grains of grapes to make a cold maceration with their skins. The must is fermented in new 500 litter French oak barrels and in stainless steel tank to later make aging on its lees in a 500-liter French new barrel, stoneware tub or glass “damajuana” for 8-9 months.
