The 2021 Carignane is a heady, bombastic wine full of Lodi character. A burst of dark red/plum fruit, new leather, licorice, menthol, spice and mocha fill out the palate. This ample, brooding Carignane packs a serious punch. It is an especially virile wine endowed with tons of resonance and textural intensity.
