93pts Vinous
The 2019 Prohibition Meunier Non-Dosé is wonderfully fresh and vibrant. Orchard fruit, dried flowers, mint and lightly spiced notes abound. This layered, focused Meunier from two neighboring old vine plots in Mardeuil (planted between 1954 and 1960) presents so many reasons to recommend it. As always, the style is one of racy, mineral-driven tension. This finishes with striking tension and nuance. Zero dosage. Disgorged: May, 2023. - By Antonio Galloni on November 2023

While Chardonnay makes up the bulk of Guiborat's plantings today, the family's history as vigneron is rooted in Meunier. This 100% Meunier cuvee from Mardeuil is a nod to the first harvest of the Guiborat family in 1890. An elegant and focused wine for Meunier fans.

My Tasting Note (2018 version)
The aromas rise easy from the glass and you know you are in Meunier territory, the aromas begin with fresh and nicely layered fruit essences of ripe pear, fuji apple, and pips of red berries, and a subtle note of toast.  A core of minerality underlies the palate with juicy acidity, a med/med+ body that is elegant and perfectly integrated, a complex mouthfeel and flavor intensity that sails into the long finish.  This is excellent stuff and one of the best Pinot Meunier out there.
