shiny yellow; the nose is elegant, has good filling, precise ripeness of pear, a hint of apricot, greengage plum, table wax. The palate is joli, its attack successful via stylish richness. It has rather fragrant length, is buttery, is low acidity, but, above all, is rich, which makes it. - Viognier (planted 2012) from liu-dit Le Gat 0.8 hectare on gravel, sandy soils, granite & loess sediment on plain at Tournon near the Ruisseau (stream) des Oliviers, close to Mauves. "Un Ruisseau" means "a stream." A stream passes next to the vineyard and over many years has moved granite deposits from Saint Joseph to this area.
