The 2022 Bourgogne Rouge has a delineated and attractive bouquet, a little backward initially but opening with brambly red fruit and forest floor scents. The palate has a real "crunch" to it, more of a textural Pinot than one with obvious fruit flavors. Delicious. - By Neal Martin on November 2023

• Viticulture: Certified organic, biodynamic methods
• Vinification: 0-15% whole-cluster pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation, gentle extraction. Aged for 10-12 months in barrel (15% new), low sulfur additions.
